No way to create new groups at the moment. Your "main" device at the moment is your mobile app, and the Desktop one is "secondary".
This may change in the future

I've installed the latest upgrade to Android-version of Viber and i notice that there is always a lag-delay everytime you want to call on viber - which didnt exist before in prev Viber before upgrade.
Do you know why?

We are not aware of any special problem in that regard.

Are you sure this isn't a network-related issue? (by testing Viber when both sides are connected to a few different WiFi networks).
