is it ok if I installed this one as a second system? I have Defy (red lense) CM7.2 (froyo kernel) as my main phone system.
I'm just worried it might mess up the phone if I flash the kernel fix into the custom recovery (2nd system)
cm7.2 runs on froyo kernel while this one has gingerbread kernel? is it going to mess everything?

I need GB kernel for this ROM on my red lens defy .. anyone got the links for it?
There is no option for 2ndinit in the start anymore after installing this ROM.
After i installed 2.0 i got into bootloop. Is there one which works with this?

For all red lens owner...
first install the ROM via CWM recovery/2nd init...
followed by GB kernel and Latest bootmenu without reboot...

For bootmenu, go to MSGinger thread by Walter, scroll down to first post, find it in attachment...

I have the same problem, that's the only thing that is bugging me out.

I need to wipe battery stats and for that how do I reboot into the CWM? Every time I try booting into recovery, I am taken to the Default one <3e> or this rom doesnt have CWM? I have flashed it after installing CM7.2 which comes with CWM4.0

I have serious problems with your ROM. I havn't any wireless connection, WLAN and mobile Network dont work. So i cant install 2ndinit or busybox, befcause their installer apps need to download the files from the itnernet. The other problem is after installing your ROM i lost Custom Mod Recovery and i cant reinstall it, the recovery-installation.apk doesnt start. I cant use Titanium Backup due to missing and uninstallable busybox.
What can I do? I have no recovery or something else thats really bad!

Flash a sbf, I've used nordic froyo, search for it,pm me if you want

Ahh thank you ! forget that you can flash normal sbf via motorola recovery after all that flashing with CWM haha

1) Can I take Pictures with the volume buttons like cyano?
2) Is there 720p recording?
3) How about the Signal and the battery Life?
4) Is there a way to have smart actions in this rom like argen3stone?

OMG I think this ROM bricked my phone! Trying to flash a full sbf (http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=1542956) i got stock on motorla boot logo (with animation moving "M-Logo") what can I do now? RSD Lite doesnt want to flash anything now on my Defy+ what can I do I no phone for now
Nothing happens ins rsd lite when clicking on anything is there any other motorola recovery program/tool to bring my phone back to life ???
edit: now i managed to get into stock recovery but my PC doesnt recognize my defy+ anymore ?

After flashing SBF do a full wipe in stock recovery and just wait for boot after it.

3. Battery life is the best I've tried and the same signal compared to other roms

Hold volume down button and power up the phone, when you see stock recovery logo press volume up and down buttons together

Yup, when you see the droid just press VOLUP and VOLDOWN at the same time and you will have the option to wipe it

OMG now I am a few steps further- I have now the 2.3.6 DPP231 ROM on my Defy+, everything works fine, BUT:
I CONNOT flash any .sbf's with any PC I or my freinds have, no matter which RSD Lite Version or which Motorola USB Driver, ADB Daemon Drivers, nothing works with RSD Lite it doesnt recognize my Defy+, not in Hot-Plug and not in Bootloader and not in Stock Recovery or any other Mode, after Wipe Data/Cache or something else what can I do ??? I have to flash the fixed rooted .sbf to install 2nd-init, CWM, CM9 and so on !!!
