On your computer unzip the boot animation. Then open the desc.txt, the last two numbers in the first line are the frames per second. Just change them to a little less. Rezip the files from the original as "store" (that means no compression) and place it back on tour phone. Retry until its perfect for your device.

P.s. don't slow it down too much or the animation will get real choppy.

Thanks, I did everything. Now how to i rezip to store? i only see compression

I use winzip and there is an option in the compression type to use "store" compression(which is not compressed at all)

Sorry for all the questions. Kind of new at this whole phone hacking/customizing thing. So i just downloaded winzip but i cant seem to find that option

I wrote my last comment wrong I use winrar but winzip should work fine.

Follow this and use the "none" setting for compression type.

I replaced bootanimation.zip in System/media/bootanimation.zip
