Xoom root help

Just got my Motorola Xoom 4g LTE running 3.2.6 Build HLK75H

So i added both files to a SD card turned off the xom and booted up holding vol down then 3 sec pass vol up.... anyways long story short all i am getting is a Green droid with a yellow upside down i, then after 2 minute the xoom reboots to normal operation... i am just trying to root the device like i did my Droid X so i can remove silly Ads from my apps.

Please help. I tried to follow the directions on that thread but its not very specific.

Try the guide in my signature. There is something in step 4 that should help you with this issue.
