I was having the same problem after calls running Cyanogenmod 7.1 on HTC Desire.
I installed a similar app On Call End https://market.android.com/details?id=com.brosix.callend&feature=search_result which did a similar job and works a treat.

I am very happy to share with you that I have found the solution to the irritating behaviour of X10, returning to lock-screen after a call has ended, that is.
There is an application called Not Call Log which lets you decide where you want to be on your phone after a call (home, dialer, any other app).
You should really give it try, it works like a charm on my X10!
