Thanks for replay, but when I press and hold on "threads" in messaging, nothing happens.
I will try a full reset, may be this will help. By the way, will I loose my microsoft activation key?

I hope you were not trying to press on the title, which is named "threads", too.
What dxdy meant was, of course, tapping and holding on an item in the threads-overview. (not the title "threads" and not a single message IN the thread).

Guys, I sold one of my HD2s, and wanted to ship it with a stable version installed, is 7.9 ok? or is better to send it with latest Mango 7.5?
In 7.9 its advisable to change radio or the default one is ok with battery drain??

unless you have 200 messages from different folk it should be linked, is tap an hold on the name of the person and hit delete, that will remove all messages from and too that person

Thanks a lot mate, i already did it, and i think i will install 7.5 mango in my hd2 too, it seems very stable.

I've found the broken app links are caused by cabs installations being performed after the initial boot into the rom. These apps are being installed during the initial setup process. If you install cabs after WP is up and executing it messes up these apps.

The way to resolve this situation is to flash the rom, at the initial WP boot at the Get Started screen, install any cabs you want with Cab Sender. Let the phone restart/reboot to the Get Started screen, then proceed.

This is how I've gotten around the broken apps issue when installing XBmod Skin cab or any other cab.

I have the same problem in Tango V7.9 and Mango V7.5.
Set in the new mail sound, will be choppy.

....is there any solution for battery draining of this rom???... Im having huge huge battery draining.....did camera trick but nothing is helping me....after giving full charge..within half an hour without using the phone the battery come down to 77%-80%... And if i browse for few minutes or even listen music it drops down to 50%.....

Everything is just perfect in this rom..but for battery draining may b i"ll switch back to windows mobile 6.5....

have the same issue with the battery drain.

First i was on radio 5.51T and 2.15, did the camera trick but it still draining lik hell
So i flashed 2.12 with 5.51T same thing, in 5 hours (2 calls and some messages on whatsapp) and my battery died

hi pdaimatejam,

I've been using ansar's 8773 rom for the last few days and the battery consumption on his rom is much less than yours. previously on your rom even with camera trick the phone wouldn't last through the day (8am - 6pm) with moderate use. I had to keep it plugged into the usb cab while i'm in office. with ansar's rom I have no problem lasting from 8am-11pm with 15% left. this is with the same usage as when I was on your rom and camera trick is not even required!

maybe you can check with him what tweaks he made to the system and implement the same on yours. i'd love to have your rom with his battery tweaks.
