Do you mean fm radio, there should be just app called fm-radio
You have to plug headphones thou z1 uses them as aerial.

Haven't heard any new phones with FM Transmitter built in though. Last I heard was a hack on Nexus phones and the only phone that officially supports FM Transmission is the Nokia n900
