[Q] Google Play Music App Headphones issue

So I'm running stock stock rom, rooted and SuperSU with franco's kernel r49 and when I plug in my headphones and lay the phone flat on the table the music starts playing through the speakers. Only happens with this app,

In Pandora this doesn't happen. I have to unplug the headphones, close google music then start it again to get the sound through the headphones again.

Has anyone experienced this ?

I'm not sure how much it helps, but I do not see this. I've never used Franco's though. I'm currently stock + GB, but I've used PA and CM extensively and never run into it. You could try taking a Nandroid, saving it to your PC, then flashing the factory image to see if it resolves it?
