Change Icons on 4.3 Touchwiz?

Hey guys, was trying to change my icons on Macks Rom 5.0, its running 4.1.2 Touchwiz but cannot find it in settings. I am used to Apex Launcher and you can change icons within the settings menu. How do you change icons on TouchWiz launcher? When icon packs are installed they dont show in the App list either. Any replys are appreciated. Thanks!

You need to install a theme that changes your whole entire phone. http://xdaforums.com/note-2-sprint/themes-apps if u go in that section you will see a couple of themes you can use. If I remember correctly the reason that u can't see them in app drawer is because u need a theme changer.
