H+ really slow speed on retail us

Hello everyone. Im from argentina, I flashed retail us for xt1032 because of the otg update. My issue is that with this rom I get a really slow download speed on 3g (15kbps), with my stock rom I used to have at least 100kbps, how could I fix this?

Download phone testing by diewland from play store and choose phone information then choose WCDMA preferred

Its on WCDMA preferred, I mean, when I'm using 3G or H+ I get those speeds, in 2G its like 2.5 kbps

I use it so fast ,you can try to go to the open areas，when I go to the city fringe,the speed was slow
