Not too hard to do once we cracked it open to theme. You can't do it without decompile framework or settings to do these..

The white on this device is maddening, but I believe there are, at a minimum, 12MaNy adroit devs whom own the device and wish to annihilate it.

If by menu you mean settings, you can enable holo dark theme in the settings app which will look like this:
I also themed my quick settings to make it black:
This can be done by theming the systemui.apk.

Tried but no luck again, permissions changed. My version is T320XAR1ANG1 and yours file smaller, my is 5.6 mb.

Great work, I tried to copy your systemUi to my device, it works but only for the notification panel, settings are still on white.
