Question [Q] USB tethering

Hi!
Last month got my first Chinese tablet EKEN A90, but it don't have built in 3g. Don't want to buy 3g modem and want to true to use my Kaiser as a 3g modem via usb, searched google but didnt find a think. WIFI tethering worked for 15 minutes, then my kaiser became very hot, and lost wifi connection. Tablet also don't have Bluetooth chip. Any suggestions???
Kaiser have windows 6.5.5(shifu) and android 2.2 instaled on sd, tablet have android 4.0.3.. Tried to connect them via usb and Tablet found a phone as flash drive.

DONATE TO ME
Install Android directly on the Kaiser's NAND and underclock (yes, underclock) the phone via Roguetools. There are whole threads explaining the benefits of installing on NAND.
And I say underclock because you really aren't needing Android to run as fast as possible, just fast enough to transfer the data across the USB.
Development device (still running strong)
AT&T Tilt/HTC Kaiser 160
Radio-1.71.09.01
Fresh Froyo 8/29/11
Scoot's 2.6.32.9 N50Vc Kernel
Daily device
Samsung SGH-i997 Infuse 4G, Some form of CM10.1

Maybe you're right, but I'm using it as phone( to make and receive calls and sms ) and as a player for music. Android works fine installed on sd, the last time I reinstalled it in December. Before that I used the Nand method and overclocked and undercloked the cpu, but android crashed after a few weeks after installation. And I decided to use haret method.
Maybe you know magical program that would allow me to use my kaiser as 3g modem via USB to other android device, tablet in my case.
