strange scenario----> weather is affecting factor???

Hi everyone....
i want to discuss and ask some interesting problem related to my DS

last summer my DS had a problem of self power off whenever i put it in my pocket...in in winter i moved to china and here temp. is like -10 to -19C....but in winter that problem was disappeared ...but in mean time in winter sometimes flash light not turn on and keep giving temperature error.......now here in china temperature is almost stabilized and same tuning off problem is appeared.......Any suggestion to over come this problem....

Maybe your battery or another element has some problem and overheat or something like that. Usually electronics components work better when they're cold.
