An idea for the next version.
On first run of the app, an option to flash the multiboot zip (Download it and next flash it like CWM app would)

Would it be possible to choose a zip(ROM), the phone reboots to the right recovery and flashes the zip into the virtual FS. (probably there will need to be changes in the bootmenu) Flashing it without the reboot would also be possible but not needed. ^^

I'm thinking of making a seperate multiboot installer (should be pretty easy), but I need micha's permission for that.

Recently in multiboot thread epsylon mentioned that we can make cache-image optional . So m1kkaa suggested that we can always resize the image file to 1 Mb to avoid any wastage of space .

Can you add an option for resizing image files ? that would be nice add on and would be complete solution for multiboot as far as MBM is concerned ;) . We can select the image files and then resize to given MB according to user need :D

Quick question...what if i want a GB based defy rom like GGL Rom on virtual system..which requires to restore boot & devtree also. ? Is it possible or it does mess up my original CM7 (froyo based kernal)

You can only multiboot various ROMs that share the same kernel. Stock roms included ;).
Unfortunately the reply to your question is no :(

something is wrong, but i can't tell where the problem is....
in one of my virtual system, the mbm can't show the usage of each system correctly. it just shows corrupt...and it seems the wipe all vfs does not work.

Not very sure if you are talking about my version or royale's. But here it goes my updated version and one screenshot. You don't have to flash m11kkaa's multiboot for every virtual. You just unpack the fsimage to /mnt/sdcard/virtual/<choosenname>. The application will do the proper switch for you on multiboots script to match the one you choose on list. And it works if you install on real or virtual.

Edit: And Epsylon3, what are the possible values you can put on /boot/recovery/bootmode.conf:

    reboot "bootmenu 2nd-init"
    reboot "bootmenu 2nd-init-adb"
    reboot "bootmenu recovery"
    reboot "bootmenu shell"
    ...
    more to come...

bootmenu v1.1.8 will fix 2nd-system choice, and new roms will support upgrade on main rom (keeping 2nd-system scripts and the multiboot binary)
