[Q] Battery Bug? or false Charger?

Hi
My battery on the Notion Ink Adam does not fully charge(just to 86%).
The battery won´t go further than 86%.
I´m on the latest unofficial CM9/AOSP build from "mrdeadlocked" .
There are no battery bugs listed/reported for the rom.
I am not using the official power supply from Notion Ink (because I lost it)
but a similar one with 18V and 1500mA.

On the back of the Notion Ink is the power source listed as 19V instead 18V
I personnely think this might bye the cause of the issu(just charging to 86%)
but i could be totally false cause I´m a big Noob

Can annyone give me please an advise. As well i hope this forum isn´t death

So it seems this particular Forum is dead^^
But i found a Thread where these specific issues are discussed
It is an issue of the adam it self and not the charger !
