I have a nexus 7 2013. I have followed some tutorials

to unlock the bootloader.
I have opened my cmd, and type:
C:\Users\mee_000\Desktop\root>fastboot oem unlock
...
(bootloader) Unlocking bootloader...
(bootloader) erasing userdata...
(bootloader) erasing userdata done
(bootloader) erasing cache...
(bootloader) erasing cache done
(bootloader) Unlocking bootloader done!
OKAY [ 13.099s]
finished. total time: 13.100s
I used the volume up/down button to select the 'yes to unlock' option to unlock the bootloader, but then when I reboot my nexus 7 by selecting the 'start' option, it stucked on the animated logo. I have tried rebooting my nexus 5 and it always stucked on the animated logo.
