Install the P4wifi version on the P4 and the problem is over. no deep sleep problems at all. You only have to edit one file in the package.
And obvious, you loose you're 2g/3g modem.
I used this instruction:
Unzip the rom and go to \META-INF\com\google\android\ in that folder edit the file updater-script using notepad++. in the first line of the file replace p4wifi with p4 and exit and rezip the rom and flash.
I know this, but then i had no 3G anymore. This is what i need outside. So that was never a solution for.
I cannot get rid of the Google Services drain. I've tried wiping the app data and logging in and out of my account as others have suggested. I see screens of others without the drain on here... Are yall using different gapps from the OP or what?

than the stiffmeister is the only option. that has no drain with 3g but is not JB.
You can try full-wipe (Factory reset) in recovery then format /system and later flash latest rom + latest gapps( from im.go) It might help you... ..
**Don't forget to backup first...
i flashed this rom and none of the g google apps were on it i then tried flashing them and none of it worked and tried going into CWM recovery and nothing happened unfortunaly
is there any way i can go back to my original rom and just be happy with that?
... and do a little reading/research before flashing a custom rom so that you actually know what you are doing. You have to flash the gapps from the op. Problem solved....

I'm currently hunting down a deep sleep issue introduced in a recent CM commit, which prevents deep sleep on todays cm-10.2 builds for all my devices (including the ones here). I think I found it the culprit commit though and will post new builds then.
