Is it safe to flash N9005XXUEND3 over N9005XXUENB4?

Firmware upgrade won't wipe ur data.
But IF happen u stuck at bootloop, u will need to do full wipe from stock recovery.
If u never stuck in bootloop, u will still have ur apps only recovery change back to stock nd ur root gone but supersu still inside. U will need to re root again.

No, that doesn`t make a difference. All system files will be overwritten by the flash anyway.
