Hi surdu

The TWRP image brick my phone. It keeps presenting the Huawei Logo.

I upgraded to KK using the following procedure:

1) flash B125 stock recovery (fastboot method)
2) fash Stock KK UPDATE.APP using stock recovery
Unitl here, the phone behaved correctoly
3) flash TWRP via fastboot
4) reboot unto TWRP and whipe/Factory Reset (just in case)
5) reboot system
stuck. :p

Is there any way I can help you with any troublesooting/debuging?

I have already recovered the phone using your KK stock.img+boot.img + 3 button dload method.

Second attempt worked OK :) The only difference was that this time I rebooted several times the phone after flashing Stock KK and before flashing TWRP

Great job, thanks, flashed without problem.
Question: is it safe to root from this image? It offered me to root but I skipped for now.

To answer my own question: Yes and NO.
Yes, it will root the phone.
No, because Super SU crashes. It does control root access but you can't open the interface.
OTOH, Superuser won't install at all.
In short, you get root access but neither of 2 popular root apps will work (properly).

Yep... you're right , I already know !

I managed to enable battery percentage status on TWRP, and also I will check a viable solution for this issue !

New update will be as soon as I'll fix this issue !

Thanks !

We started from the ground up by taking AOSP recovery and loading it with the standard recovery options, then added a lot of our own features. It’s a fully touch driven user interface – no more volume rocker or power buttons to mash.
The GUI is also fully XML driven and completely theme-able.
You can change just about every aspect of the look and feel.

Put the recovery on my int sd, followed the instructions...

    Error: cannot open recovery_twrp.img

    :/

Sent from my GT-P3110 using xda app-developers app

You are supposed to flash recovery via command prompt, not via SD card.
What you are supposed to do is to get the adb tools.

    Follow these instructions:
    1. Download the fastboot.zip from here: http://goo.gl/T4Z1Kp --> press ctrl+s on the page to download the rar. (Now you can view and download the file without permissions! Sorry, forgot to enable settings to share)
    2. Extract the folder from the zip.
    3. Open the folder, shift+right click, click on "open command prompt here".
    4. Turn on your phone, make sure usb debugging is enabled.
    5. Type "adb reboot bootloader".
    6. Then type "fastboot flash recovery twrp_2_6_3_7_recovery.img" without quotations. NOTE: If you want to install the old TWRP then type "fastboot flash recovery_twrp_4.4.img"
    7. Finally, type "fastboot reboot".
    8. You are done! Make sure to go into recovery mode to check out the new TWRP.

You want to revert to Kitkat stock recovery?
    1. Open the folder, shift+right click, click on "open command prompt here".
    2. fastboot flash boot boot.img
    3. fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
    4. fastboot reboot !
