I have tried to flash Kitkat from the below link

After completing all the steps my phone always goes to CMW Recovery mode.

Its always best to use just one thread and also the answer for your problem was given in that thread

If you have a problem and need to revert back to Gingerbread use the
Unbricking the Korean Galaxy S [SHW M110S] Guide, so just revert to gingerbread first and try again

The Kernel is the root of the problem. I believe the kernel has to do something with this.
