[Q] T-Mobile "Guarantees Sprint Note 2 to Work on Their Network"
So I called T-mobile to see about switching over from Sprint because tbh Sprint sucks in Dallas. I mean I can't go downtown and keep 4G or go inside buildings, etc.
So long story short they are sending me a SIM card for my Sprint Note 2 and they checked 3 times and said yes, it's one of the guaranteed phones to work on their network since the phone is a world phone etc. I highly doubt it. But they waived all the fees etc and it's on its way.
I know about the HW mods etc. And I know there is a SIM somewhere in the phone because I pulled it up using the SIM App.
My question is, does anyone know where it is located and can I really swap these out? The phone defiantly has the technology,
800, 1900 MHz
850, 900, 1800, 1900 MHz
850, 900, 1900, 2100 MHz
LTE Cat3 Downlink 100 Mbit/s, LTE Cat3/4 Uplink 50 Mbit/s, HSDPA+ (4G) 42.2 Mbit/s, HSUPA 5.76 Mbit/s, UMTS, EDGE, GPRS, EV-DO Rev.A
Turn-by-turn navigation, Voice navigation
I just have to figure out the rest. And how to unlock the phone! lol
