Default recompile apk

thanks for your reply. i used to use apktool that rename to aplktool.jar and use command to decompile and recomplie but it still can't install on android device.

note: side apk file and i decompile and recompile is smaller than original file bit ( ex: original file side is 1.71 MB and then i decomplie and recompile it have side only 1.69 MB)

for file that i recompile and recompile is keyboad layout and i not edit more is change place of some character and only 1 logo of file.

please help to explain me detail about this. thanks very much.

U are probably missing the part where u put the Original METa-INF folder in new zip oh and the androidmanifest.xml

Probably Sent from my decked out Epic 4G with CM9 Beta1, fully SUPERCHARGED running at 1.4 GHz with Shadow Kernel. It loses 1 Percent of battery every 5 minutes WHILE it is PLUGGED IN. So I am usually on Airplane Mode Lol. If I forget to hit thanks.. SORRY!!

When i trying tu use this comand : java -jar apktool.jar d SystemUI.apk

give me error : "java" is not recognized as an internal or external command!

PLEASE HELP ME

Just extract from ROM that u are pushing this apk to

You must add your java directory to "Environmental Variables" or PATH. Google is your friend

Dear Monster

apk file that just decompile and recompile need sign or not? cos my keyboard layout that i final decompile and recompile it not install on device. i install on samsung gs 3. android v 4.1.2

Use WinRar to transfer Meta-inf from original to compiled apk.
