I just picked up a Bionic for $70 yesterday (cracked LCD, which I am replacing on Tuesday), then promptly rooted, flashed ICS, and retired my Thunderbolt. Very impressive. ICS was nice on the T'Bolt (Playground), but there is no data yet (or calls)...so this is just awesome! Currently running Gummy 1.0, no complaints whatsoever.

Quick question.... how the hell can u flash this without cwm and not be rooted? I'm pretty good with hacking android devices but have never flashed any roms without being rooted.

I agree. It's probably the happiest damn boot loader I've seen, but I feel like it's unprofessional. I never bothered changing the boot loader screen in the past but now I have to figure out how to do it.
I just try Gummy for a few hours. Easiest ICS installation and initiallization.
is there a way to get the calendar to start in 31 day/month mode? How can I get the web browser bookmarks to be in list mode and sortable? Finally, i agree with the boot animation, I turned that off almost first.

That is a boot animation, not a boot loader. You can change it quite easily, and the sound can be disabled in Gummy Settings.
I was able to do those things, but not get the list view from the bookmarks, or monthly view on the calendar. I also notice that in contacts, the addresses were not thete.
I was able to get everything working short of the list viewing the bookmarks. Lots of customization. Compared to eclipse this ROM seems a little slower to function

Stock camera works great for me. However non-stock camera apps act a little weird. Instagram gets randomly laggy and CameraZoom FX is SUPER laggy, like 1 second behind wherever you're pointing the phone.
Otherwise, performance is incredible on Gummy 1.0. I'm loving it!
I am back on 1.0. Things basically seem all right, for what I have tested. Is the battery drain larger than on eclipse 2.2?
Assume that you need to be rooted for anything in the development section. Since your not rooted, you may want to go look into the instructions for doing that.

i can't seem to find the official page but this is the gummy 1.0.2 not sure what is different there are a few tweaks updated in teh rom and some minor performance updates as far as i can see with update post when i find the official changelog and thread for gummy..

That has been an issue since day one. Toggle auto brightness on then off. This only happens after a reboot.

Also, they included Nyancat as a boot animation... very funny.1
The 1.0 update has fixed this issue. The boot animation is annoying as hell though. That'll be the first thing to go.
Edit. I think I spoke to soon. It worked fin on the first boot. But after a reboot the lights were on and I had to toggle brightness
