Default Cache partition question

We have 37 megabytes of cache storage on our phones, and I've never seen my cache go over 10 meg, is it possible to resize this partition and give more space to internal?

The usual Xx James xX only on mobile (XDA Premium)
PHONE: Samsung Galaxy Ace Gt-S5830I
BOOT ANIMATION: CM10
ROM: Jelly Blast 3.0.4
BUILD: JELLYBLAST V-3.0.4 by Avijit
KERNEL: Rafel@Baugis 2.6.35.7
BATTERY: Stock
ANDROID: Apparently running 4.1.1

Resizing system partitions are impossible as for now.
