Missing SD card

My SD card is being read I'm on dirty unicorn's latest release and out of no where my SD card can't be read and I tried out cards but same thing how do I solve this problem?

Have you tried using an external card reader with a PC? I somehow managed to fry my SD card when updating from stock JB to CM11 last week. It isn't even recognized anymore by anything I have. Warranty claim, here I come!
