Help Flashing Prob on xperia m

help i get this error on flashing xperia m

no matter what rom i flash i get this error ...pls help

Open the ftf with WinRAR (or whatever unzipping/archive tool you use) and delete the loader.sin file out of the ftf.

still same prob

i removed the loader.sin file from the ftf but i still get the same error..is it anything to do with the devices>c190x>here is one more ftf file.

Make sure you are using the ftf you have removed the loader.sin from, you should know what one it is as loader.sin will not show up in the contents box when you are selecting the file to flash.
Make sure to save the contents of the archive too. And it will have nothing to do with multiple ftf files so long as they relate to different firmwares.

cable to the phone after some time it asks to
connect the phone then connect usb to phone
holding vol button
