Do u think its safe or a fraud?
The price is 775 $ is that reasonable?

It's most likely a scam or a pre-order.
When googling HTC M7, even before it was announced there was an eBay listing that said Sense 5.0 and the screen was Sense 4.

I wont recommend pre ordering from eBay. Many are fake.
