Make a new folder named "tmp" on your C: Drive

Download the Launcher.apk here:http://www.4shared.com/account/file/.../Launcher.html and save it in your new "tmp" folder.

Start > Run > %systemroot%\system32

In the SYSTEM32 folder that opens, hold SHIFT and right click on a blank empty spot anywhere in the right side of the folder

Select on "Open Command Window Here"

In the CMD Type the below

adb remount - ENTER
adb shell cp system/app/HTCLauncher.apk sdcard/ - ENTER
adb shell rm -r system/app/HTCLaucher.apk - ENTER
adb install C:\tmp\Launcher.apk /system/app - ENTER

Hope this works. I notice an immediate change, didn't even need to reboot.

1. Add original HTC keyboard with calibrate feature and more


2. Enable rotate effect for your device - AWESOME !!!!

3. Replacement Camera - Capture button enable (fixed force close when open)


4. Main screen rotate correctly.



5. Remove HTC sync


6. Browser mobile view fix


7. Google sync control for H build (Thanks nabzilla1990)

This feature is awesome. I tested and it work perfectly. Must have feature. Save your battery.

This feature help you control contact sync, gmail sync, calendar sync and fix volume bug. But I don't think I work with HTC sync. I disabled HTC sync then I do not confirm that.



8. Dialer English button (Thanks buttkicker)


9. Messaging with white background and LED NOTIFICATION FIX(I think it better than black background)


10. Change Widget interface (Thanks nabzilla1990)


11. Add weather widget (Thank Jeff Sharkey)


12. Using G dialer and G contact on H build










I will test more and post in this topic.

If you use replacement Camera and Launcher, you will have more space in your System image

Main Home can't rotate to lanscape mode when keyboard is closed. I think it because of Launcher odex file (like multi-touch browser by JF). I will ask someone to fix this.
