Because I kinda like it for a more native ice experience, plus then I can disable the soft key lights entirely thus saving a little more battery life (not much I understand lol)

I am nowhere near Dev status but i know in the http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=1764141 ROM there is an option in system settings so that might be a good place to look? Hope that helps lol

Not really. I'm not interested in flashing another rom. Just enabling something. I wish I knew where I saw the terminal command to do so...

You might wanna jump ship to the new build. No problems whatsoever. And now that flash is stable and works like a charm, this is going to be my daily driver.

So I got jellybean/CM10 to build, but there are still lots of issues (no audio, softlights, or sensors). But 3G and GPS and most other things seemed to work.
I'm still really busy with other things, but jellybean will definitely happen for our phone
EDIT: I'm uploading the build to a cm10 folder in my goo.im hosting, but you need to rm camera.msm7x30.so, lights.vivow.so, and sensors.vivow.so in /system/lib/hw/ for it to boot.
Here are some gapps that worked for me:

I'm having a worse issue with the camera, I don't have the ability to search right now so please don't scream at me people...
I can get face unlock to work periodically but every time I try to get the camera to open it closes. This is from a clean install, I tried wiping again and re flashing, same thing.
Any ideas?

This worked for me with AdFree, does anyone know a way to select specific apps that don't use the AdFree host files?
I have also had issues with Facebook on the last three builds, and with the newest one I have been having 3G issues and every now and then my widgets dont want to respond correctly (specifically power control widgets). I enjoy this rom but having to toggle airplane mode or reboot once an hour sucks.

Just got it booted, crazy smooth and looks nice
. Once the sensors and audio are ironed out, this will be amazing.
So far so good. Flashed the new cm9 build on incredible 2 just reflashed over last one everything seems to work and camera flash works all I got to do is incorperatw the Google now search bar back in, which btw Evan you should put that in your builds I think its a jelly bean feature but hey I love it thanks man

Boot it up, it'll be bootlooping, then:

137Hi, I decided to start an official post here on XDA too since the ICS thread over in general is getting rather large.

- Wipe Data, Cache, and system
- Flash the ROM

- Reboot into the system (first boot will take several minutes)
If you are having issues flashing, try a CM9 based CWM:
What's Currently Broken:
- Face unlock may not work until FFC has been used in the Camera app.
- Market download issues: su, and then killall drmserver in the terminal (needs to be done after each reboot if you are still having issues)

That still isn't for our device
I'm working on using the new camera blobs, but even those can't just be dropped in. I had to add a few camera parameters in frameworks/base but the preview isn't starting... http://pastebin.com/ZsxsGHcm and the camera app crashes
I have a few ideas, but I had a phone interview today (which went well) so I couldn't break my phone
I've also been working on getting low power audio (LPA) working, but there are still a few bugs there too.
I just sync'd and am doing a fresh build now, but don't expect any magic
There were a few display hal updates, but nothing too big.16
