Hi there,
I'm somewhat taking a tour around xda if you will and I have some pretty cool things to show you. I've come from the Galaxy note and I don't want you guys to miss out on all this fun. So here it is :) (this content is NOT soley for the note)

wow cool.... will your methods work in razr?coz i heard motoblur seems unfriendly to 3rd party launchers....

Want a 3d launcher use spb shell 3d
However it will drain ur battery a bit faster

James, thanks for posting this stuff. I did get a lot out of it and modded my RAZR, all stock. It really works really well. Had to use ADW in lieu of ADW ex. I also tried a couple configurations with go launcher and launcher pro. I couldn't figure out how to get rid of the dock with those though. The only other problem I had was downloading your fantastic colllection of wallpapers. The link from your YouTube videos doesn't seem to be working. Is there any way you can repost it here. That would really be the icing on the cake. Thanks again and cheers!

Tsf shell is a great, underused and not terribly well known 3d shell too. Doesn't drain my battery like spb shell did and I like how it doesn't have the normal launch dock at the bottom. Get lots of questions on it.
