These are the .zips and MD5 sums!
I threw in the Toyota lockring if there are any fans out there.
Flash the battery and lockring (Stick and Toyota) through recovery.
Rename the boot splash (aospX are you ready) to exactly PD98IMG.zip (not .zip.zip) put it in the root directory of your SD card (no folder) and flash through HBoot. Pretty sure that you have to be S-off.
Could you please explain what each zip is for?
Don't be shy to hit that "Thanks" button!

The aospX.zip is the splash screen.
The toyota.zip is the lockring.
The stick.zip is the battery mod.

Default GPS

Would anybody have an idea why my GPS doesn't work with this ROM?

I gather that it worked on the previous Rom and that you have tried it several times on this Rom?
This phone can lock on anywhere from 3 seconds to what seems like an eternity. I don't think it's all Rom related.

GPS works fine on aospX, the issue is user/device related..etc (either because if your on Inspire you didn't flash inspiremod, radio/ril combo..etc). But GPS works for most users, so its not the ROM causing it (otherwise it wouldn't work for everyone else). You can read the original issue ticket for this, some users posted some info on what was causing it for them, maybe it will help you determine what's going on. Also radio/ril combo plays a pretty big role in it not working for some people, so maybe try different combos (note: there's only 1 aosp ril, do not try to use any others, these are for Sense frameworks)

And remember, just because something worked on one ROM, it doesn't mean it will work on another. This ROM is built from sources completely different than others (based off aosps master branch at the time, instead of release branch like other..plus a lot of stuff was based off CAFs directly, uses a custom tool chain built by me, and different compiler/optimization flags..etc, so even the stuff to compile and the way it was compiled is different), so there's tons of stuff in this ROM that's not in others, which can effect different things. Best thing to do is a full clean wipe, install inspiremod if your on an inspire, do NOT restore any kind of data, and then see if the issue continues. If it does then move on to the next step, trying different radio..etc. Also watch out installing any 3rd party scripts/hacks..etc.
