Noted, thank you. Also, imo Facebook and twitter as much as I love them, would love to see productivity like call, text and email before those.

Galaxy nexus all good time works .on the part about having utter stay awake
how bout an option such as say personal assistance where it will stay awake and listen
so if I am driving I can hit personal assist and go open Pandora play radio and the if someone calls I could say answer or hung up that would be sweet. Good work loving it so far
I hope I can integrate this - I say 'hope' as I haven't done any tests yet regarding background noise - Your ringtone would be 'heard' and there's nothing I would be able to do to stop the 'noise' being sent to the Google server to analyse it for speech content.I always think that kind of app need to be able to leave it open and only response when a specific command , I had my phone and tablet mount on my car dash
And I will love to say "utter can you call john thanks" but if I'm talking with someone more utter remain waiting for the specific command in this case "Utter"

Noted, thank you.Agreed...but that's mostly because I never use Twitter at all, and I don't use Facebook from my mobile devices.
You can indeed I don't think it's available here in the UK yet, so when the time comes I'll need some testing assistance please! Can I respectfully request that the send text function use whatever intent that is required to trigger google voice? It seems like many similar apps don't give that option.
Brandall, have you taken a look at Vlingo? I believe it has a function when docked that it is listening and commands are triggered by starting commands with "hey Vlingo ". Utter should be rare enough to begin commands.

I think Brandalls point is that every single sound would be picked up and sent to google thinking it was voice data and therefore eat up the users data allowance and quite possibly eat up a lot of cpu time thus draining the battery.

Guess what I was thinking was to have 2 modes one where u click and talk to it then it could go back to sleep and 1 that u could click and it would stay live till switched off and I would think that if u had so to listen you could just say (Android ,answer phone) or to be able to set your word for phone to get its command ? Don't know if that would be possible or extremely hard. Thanks for your hard work and listing to peoples opinions. Sure to be a great app!
