did you try to flash stock rom and after flashing you get this message " SIM NETWORK UNLOCK PIN "
and you are didn't know what should you do ?! :crying::crying::crying:
so i decided to write this topic ....
at all what is the solution just flash this file via odin ....
Note : this fix for samsung galaxy star GT-S5282 ( I need confirmation it it works on GT-S5280 or not ) .

How to install ?!
1- download the file .
2- extract it .
3- open odin .
4- boot mobile into download mod (power key + volume down key + home key)..
5- press volume up key .
6- plug your USB cable into computer and phone .
7-select PDA then select file .
8- click start .
9- phone will reboot then it will WORK...! :victory::victory::victory::victory:
