*edit* I've had as low as 5kbps down but vzw asked me to reset the device to see if it helped with speeds and I lost those results. Two new SIM cards as well.

You know they can't tell if the network is simply congested? They say they can't "see" how many are using and what the activity is like on a particular tower. Lame.
