The AFH page gives a "File Not Found" message

The GAPPS link is dead. Can anyone point me to a link that had them stored?

sorry for posting 3 times. I'm not used to the he layout on tapatalk and I was reporting an issue with booting up after flashing the wrong gapps. But I somehow managed to fix it. But I've been having this issue with instagram force closing when trying to post a video. It won't key me upload or post after recording. I've had this issue with 4.3tw ROMs as well. I couldn't get any feedback from anyone concerning the issue. Do I need to flash a modem or something. What have I been doing wrong?

I've been having this issue since i left 4.1.2 roms and started using 4.3. It probably is the app but it doesn't seem like anyone else has the issue. Just me.

I have no idea what I am doing wrong. I have installed this ROM multiple times, with multiple recoveries (TWRP/PHILZ, both latest versions) and cannot get this ROM to work. I install the ROM, then gapps and when I reboot i get a force close on setup wizard. Then it freezes and supersu pops up to grant permission for pie controls. I do that and the screen still freezes. Then when I try to use pie controls it says I am not rooted. I'm not really new to installing roms but I have no idea what is going on. I even unrooted and locked my device and it still didn't work. The only way I can get it to work is to wipe everything then TWRP tells me that i have to reroot and i do, but I cannot go through setup wizard. Any suggestions? I really have no idea what to do, I'm sick of Touchwiz and wanted to go back to AOSP, but I'm having such a hard time trying to get this to work.

EDIT: apologies... I thought I read everything, Looks like I forgot you had mentioned to delete the setupwizard. I've been up all night lol and do not feel like testing anymore looks like I have it working and will play with it some more after I get some sleep.
