a quick question for Phiezx...
when i uncheck the "surface dithering" setting in performance, does it actually do anything?
some websites that i've checked say that their need to be a line in build.prop that says "persist.sys.use_dithering = 0"
when i uncheck dithering, that line is not in build.prop. does the setting turn it off some other way?

I think you're holding wrong volume key... If I'm not mistaken RAMDUMP is "volume up".did you read what i wrote, dont apper downloading but RAMDUMP and samsung logo

BTW it's offtopic here, go post at "general" thread, not development one.
If you are experiencing issues so Wiping data/cache might fix them..
Just don't worry about that so much,
Go get the titanium backup.
Backup all your apps except the default system apps
Now I did just as you said , and still there is lag in 480p video playing with mxplayer.
can you help me another thing?
i sure did ... but there is still problem . I don't know why...
video is laggy and every 2 seconds audio turns off for about 1.5 seconds then same story again and again ...
I just need help !!!!
Regrading the poor battery performance that some of you guys are experiencing, I would suggest that you should check out your CPU settings and particularly the governor that you are using. I was having the same issue, battery was draining quite fast even though CPU spy was indicating that most of the time my phone was in deep sleep. It turned out that the lagfree governor that i have set previously was the reason. Now that I'm back to the default one (ondemand), battery performance is as good as it once was. Hope that this will be useful for some of you.

i think native hw accelerator gio cant play video 480p. especially video with high bitrate & compression. ex: matroska (mkv) with H264
