But preorders price is from 2 weeks ago so that phone must be in shops now in alot lower price

Here's a summary of what Marcin found out from the kernel config:
- There is rooting prevention method implemented, fortunately it's disabled.
- The device apparently supports OTG.
- Wifi chip is exactly the same as in Ace II (BCM4330).

So Broadcom...video core IV? So this is better S2 Plus... (I don't like Amoled)...But in my opinion if someone have Ace 2 it`s no need to buy Ace 3 :) and players propably can have some problems with compatibility like now on S2 Plus :(
EDIT: Can be Broadcom with PowerVR SGX 540?
Or it must be VideoCore IV?

Must be VideoCore IV. Also lulz, I don't give a daaaaamn about gaming on Android. VideoCore IV is neat stuff. Easy to work with.

Will this phone be development friendly? You guys seem to know better so that is why I ask, I think I might buy this phone.

Lte version is cool but switch from ace 2 to 3g version is bad move xD
I will wait ace 4 because i am really happy with my ace 2.
about development, soc sources are needed, than you can develop anything fully working for ace 3. But if there are no sources like on ace 2 a lot of thins wont work on first build.

Little prediction for ace 4
1.6 dual core
1.5 GB ram
16 GB internal storage
4.3 inch screen
8 mp camera
720x1280 resolution

That's really really far fetched. We should look at what sort of core is bundled, not how highly clocked it is.
Because gee, I wouldn't mind a quad-core A15 even if it was clocked at 600 MHz.
