What is Android Open Source BAM Project?

it is a custom ROM developed as free and open source software based on the official releases of Android by CyanogenMod,
AOSB (ProBAM) ROM have been the pinnacle of perfection employing the best of all the Best ROMs in a Package which makes sense!.. While the latest one doesn’t incorporate a slew of features.

On 6 November 2013 the CyanogenMod team started pushing the code of CyanogenMod 11, based on Android 4.4 KitKat .

Installation instructions so If installing for the first time:


To install this ROM you will need to have an unlocked boot loader and a custom Recovery such as TWRP or ClockWorkMod installed
Copy the downloaded ProBAM to your phone.
update recovery, is required for install android kitkat
Boot into your recovery
Back up your ROM
Enter recovery
Make full wipe "included "system"
Select Recommended kernel for first install
Install the ROM
install GAPPS package
Reboot - the first boot can take up to 2 minutes
Recommended to Reboot again after ROM is up for the first time
2 second to up ! and 1 second to restart or shutdown ! it is ProBam

If anyone could send me screenshots, as I don't own the device that would be great, try to post the settings one listing the about, thanks

P.S
Don't expect nightlies guys, I work mainly on the i9100, and each build takes 4-6 hours to update + build

I'll try to update when there is a major fix or update

Very Interesting ROM!! Since xposed in built in, how are you managing with ART Runtime. And do post the screen shot of display time, rather than the battery performance. Normally it would give 2.8hrs screen time. Thanks again for the ROM! :)

1- install kernel philp rebot
2- make wipe data format
3- make format sistem
4- install rom
5- install gapps
rebot.... wait 5 minute.. but it do not install.

whats the problem?

you need install first blazing kernel 16 cwm version

next wipe data
format system
format cache
format preload
format data
then wipe cache and dalvik
install rom and gapps reboot

Good project mate. I tried porting probam but it was pac based so i dropped idea. Now it seem to be independently cm based. I won't move from miui till good choice from custom rom of 5.0 as now a days all custom roms are same. Nothing to port new or interesting. I won't start to development until some good and challenging stuff to port. Regards.

yes but not all custom roms have same features but this it is imazing and has most 4.3.1 roms features

No my friend i tried all kitkat roms for i9100g until now this is the best :)

I don't see how there's anything challenging to port in android. Everything you're able to build from source. If you want a challenge then I would request you bring Firefox os or ubuntu touch for our phone

at least porting android 4.2.2/4.3 stock official to our i9100g is challenge for everyone :D despite having source available, :D i would definitely opt for it straight away had it be possible for any dev to port :)

Kardeş teşekkür ederim... Sonradan hallettim sorunu ama genelde 4.4 yüklerken boot ekranında kalıyor. Sebebini anlamış değilim. Dün yükledim sorun yoktu ama tekrar kaldırdım. Miui roma geri döndüm.
