I have a Moto G (XT-1032) unlocked. I would install cyanogenmod. My question is if i make a backup of the stock rom via custom recovery and can this backup restore later if i don't like Cyanogenmod or i must install the Stock rom via fastboot?

Thanks for all answer

You have to flash the stock kernel from Fastboot at least, because the stock and cm kernels aren't compatible. After that (in theory) you can restore your nandroid backup.

okay i tested with two roms but these roms are based of stock rom. i installed these roms and after testing i restore stock rom from recovery. And it was all fine you don't need to flash the kernel from fastboot
