How da hell do you make this bootanimations to work on Optimus One?
EDIT: Never mind. I had wrong file. Frist I DL bootanimation bios.zip and paste it to data/local. Didnt work. Then I found another bootanimation.zip (also bios) and paste it on the same place and it works.

Ive had the same question for a couple months.
Finally figured it out.
I posted a tutorial from what I found on CM forums at AC.

Made it a bit smoother. Rename bootanimation_update.zip to bootanimation.zip. (adb push bootanimation.zip /data/local or some other way u like)

35Hey guys! Here are a few boot animations I ported.
None of these are created by me. All credits to the creators.
Although, I resized most of them to get them to the right resolution. Smaller resolution = Quicker Load
A lot of them are from the droid forum. So expect some droid logos.
Instructions:
1. rename the downloaded zip file to bootanimation.zip
2. place bootanimation.zip in your sd card.
3. use root explorer and copy this bootanimation.zip to /data/local
OR
1. rename the downloaded file to bootanimation.zip
2. adb push /xxx/xxx/bootanimation.zip /data/local
xxx/xxx -----> the location where you've downloaded the bootanimation.zip on your pc.
