Dang I was about to post this. Too bad I had to take a shower.
I'll report on WiFi issues but I don't think there will be any.

Okay only thing that I noticed about this ROM is that setup doesn't run when you first start up. Using the test build right now.
Honestly that doesn't really matter but thought thought that you might want to know.

It won't run the setup unless you install clean with /system formatted first.
I did. Still didn't run.
Again it doesn't really matter that much. Maybe it was just a bad flash or I missed it or something.

Wi-Fi issue had been fixed since the first build of 04 (the one jocala removed). The only thing I can find broken at the moment is the GPS. Don't think it's detected, the location icon doesn't even show up in the status bar.
Here's a logcat:

I just downloaded the new test build from my phone to emmc. rebooted into recovery...did Wipe Data/Factory Reset then went to mounts and formatted system and sdcard because there was nothing on it I needed as I backed up my music to emmc. Then wiped Dalvik Cache. Installed cwmtest or whatever it was called. Installed Gapps. Rebooted. Works absolutely perfect. Much faster than the last build IMO and quadrant standards..and antutu. Database Performance Is much faster.
I did a full wipe, wiped cache and dalvik, and formatted /system /data and /cache. Setup wizard showed up on first boot, but was a little buggy. Between steps I'd get a picture that looked like a small block of what the screen should be, but repeated across the entire screen in a grid. It would fix itself after tapping once, but still odd.
Also, haven't gotten GPS to work. Google maps is very laggy and navigation says "searching for GPS"
But other than those things, it seems to be a little faster and more responsive.
I get a screen like that too when going into settings. It disappears on its own that way though.

This is true. My phone always says 3G, but switches to H when downloading, then goes back to 3G.
Also, even though he's now ignored, Nightlies aren't forced updates. You can flash over the update whenever YOU want. They're just always supplied on a nightly basis in case there have been any changes to the repos. Since it's CM9 there probably won't be many new changes, but its still offered...
