[APP] SecGallery2 Without Picasa (S III & Note 2 versions)

I don't like Picasa being integrated into SecGallery2.apk so I decided to see if I could modify it and remove Picasa.. I was successful!! I've decided to share with the community since I've learned so much and have contributed very little

In this first post is the stock flavor that came with our S III

Instructions:
1. Download and put on phone
2. Boot to Recovery and install the zip
3. Wipe Dalvik
4. Reboot

If you don't like this version, you can download the version in the second post and reflash

These will NOT run side by side

Could not get this to work

Running stock rooted 4.1.1

Tried both versions, would just not load the Gallery app on reboots

@elephant007- I flashed the zip in post #2 and it didn't do anything for me lol. However, I used Root Explorer and in my system/apps I noticed "secgallery.apk" tried to install it but it failed. Am I missing something here?? Rooted running Liquid Sooth ROM.

You can just uncheck picasa in your sync options, go into settings and clear gallery data and bam no picasa in your gallery. This mod is kinda useless

I flashed this file and when rebooted, I lose service. voice and data. had to reset phone by ##72786#.
