I put the paranoid preferences as well with the JB 4.2 clock and keyboard apk in the system/app but when I reboot they don't get installed. The files have all permissions granted. What am I doing wrong?
I've a question.
Can we use Paranoidpreferences.apk in CM10 Rom by Camcory (in the way described before) or just here in PacMan ROM?.
Thanks
Hi everybody, I flashed this great ROM, but I saw a big ram usage. (Sometimes about 45MB of free memory with no opened apps!!)
with multiple opened application the phone is less responsive (facebook app and browser for example)
is this a bug? can I fix it?
Do a full wipe. I got the same issue. I've fixed it just doing a full wipe and reflashing. Hope its helpful!

This rom is perfect... I'm so happy, smooth at all....
All I had to do was:
1. Put ParanoidPreferences.apk inside system/app {ariesve_PAC_jb-alpha-v17.0.0.zip} and save changes to update the rom zip.
2. Wipe everything from recovery.
3. Flash rom modified.
4. Flash gapps.
5. Wipe cache/dalvik and FIX PERMISSIONS..
I cant guarantee that this works on this ROM but it should based off the same source. OC kernels http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=1971752

Yep not any changes in the PAC. Ive been working hard on 4.2 for a while now have it booting with audio and data but not much else.Yes but we have to understand that the update in this case is determined by multiple things: original PAC-man update, and it's not a big rom like AOKP or CGM who has teams working on that, but only a person from sony xperia <insert_device_name_here>. And the other sides are ParanoidAndroid, which for our device is manteined by camcory himself and hasn't seen an update for a while, AOKP which is quite dead IMHO and CGM that has been updated finally today. So without all these thing PAC-man is forced to be stopped.
