Wow, and you work for T-Mobile? How bout you call customer care tomorrow, enter your little token and pass code and ask them if a customer on a value plan gets a discount on their bill. What really bugs me is how some reps will lie to customers about that discount in order to have the activate. Have heard of that happening!

Your retarded.... you need to check your facts before you mouth off to people and give false info. Value certainly qualifies for discount. 200% guaranteed. Every single day I see a customer on mcsa or gsa account whether I'm putting them on it or I see on their account they are already on it when they come in to pay a bill or something.
