you can use something like desktop visualizer from market and then drag the created icons into the dock

I just tried it on 2.8.5 with desktop visualizer and it worked fine. I will need a bit more info to help ...

I had been installing Launcher Pro by default every time I installed a new rom. I have started to install Zeam after trying it in the Oxygen rom, and AdamG recommending it.
Great job, great update, no issues for me so far.
Any chance of notifications on the mail and sms app? Is is a major job to add that functionality?

not quite what i meant.
the problem is that if i accidentally swype the dock sideways it shows a ton more. i just want there to be 5 icons and nothing else, so i dont have to worry about the accidental swype
If you only have a total of 5 icons in the dock then it wont swipe anyway....

6It seems ppl didn't read any of the developers posts .. this launcher was developed for his own use and to his liking he just decided to be a cool guy about it and share it with the community for free , that is all .

You guys should learn yourself to program Java/Android and then you'll see how "easy" it is to implement some new functions in your free time.
Some of the posts here make me really feel ashamed to be part of this community. It has great developers, but 90% kids who only want to let their smartphone look better and write hundreds of wishes and improvements...

I revised my statement, ok? I know, that Zeam is probably the last launcher which causes lags because of performance. But the way of scrolling does not look very smooth. I suspect, that the steps or frames by moving the icons right or left at a slide are lower than in other launcher. This could be intended for better performance. But I (and many people in the market too) would prefer slightly more smoothness.
That was all I wanted to say. So no need to feel criticized.
