Hello, i've got a Windows 8.1 machine with VS2013 Express installed, i've tried to install WPPT but when i'm installing it, it shows a error about "Microsoft.smartdevice.connectivity version 11.0.0.0" is missing from my system, so i've tried WPV XAP Deployer but that didn't run at all... Does anyone found any solution? (Google didnt helped too much
