download this and copy it to flashtool/firmware folder http://forum.xda-developers.com/atta...0&d=1332708154

then dont connect your phone
1)run flashtool
2)click flash and select the alfs kernel
3) select kernel.sin
4) and flash it will show the instructions
5) now hold the back button it will show green LED thn it will flash without any problem
