post the output of fastboot getvar all excluding IMEI and SERIALNO + a screenshot of your bootloader screen.
also post a link to the ruu you have tried to flash.

this file you have linked is not a RUU, its a ROM (reset rom) and you must installed in from custom recovery.

official tutorial here: http://www.htc1guru.com/downloads/stock-rom-downloads/

i just want to get back to stock rom , from this position what is the easy way to do this? because i have no cwm ore twrp

there is no RUU for your phone version. the reset rom is actually the easiest way to return stock. flash twrp recovery, push the rom to your /sdcard and install it from recovery.

use the file you have linked me previously.

when installing the reset rom, select ''wipe data partition'', select ''stock recovery'' and ''Stock radio''.

you will then be able to update your phone to latest version OTA.

i get the same message as when i tried to flash a rom , it says signature failure:(

have you flashed the custom recovery?

I downloaded twrp , placed my phone into fastboot. Checked if it was connected it sayed "Yes"
Then i told the command prompt to flash my recovery.img , witch command prompt awnsers to.
C:\Users\Daan\Desktop\stock>fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
sending 'recovery' (9948 KB)...
OKAY [ 1.219s]
writing 'recovery'...
(bootloader) signature checking...
FAILED (remote: signature verify fail)
finished. total time: 1.855s

because your bootloader is locked ;)

you must have an unlocked bootloader to flash recovery

I hope you are still here , I flahed the rom...
it doenst start up ... i did everything like you sayed. the recovery is not starting anymore .
it shoud not take any longer then 5 minutes to boot up right?

First boot can take more time. Twrp recovery was replaced with stock recovery when you have installed the rom

Sent from my HTC One using XDA Free mobile app
