Will flashing a stock ROM wipe out /mnt/sdcard0?

I want to update my boot loader and modem to the newest version, and the easiest way I see to do it is to flash a factory ROM from sammobile, followed by flashing back to my ROM of choice, (OmniROM). Anyhow, if I do this, will it wipe and format the internal SD card? I will be using ODIN, not KIES, if it matters.

I flashed NA7 stock with Odin, and it did wipe my internal SD, so I'm pretty sure it will. Always backup just to be sure!
