yes it has both the status bar and the new market.
Still using this rom, still the best Gbread rom out there for the N1, just wish it could be updated with video quality, but understand the issues surrounding it.

Here's a fixed 99.5% working Gingerbread ROM.
Everything works including video recording, although you can only record on low setting. High setting results in stuttery 15fps video.
Hopefully I'll be able to fix the framerate in the next version.
This is as close as it gets to stock Gingerbread. There are no extra additions like Trackball wake etc. just the stock functionality with all preinstall Gapps.
